Before Choosing a Career, Understand Yourself.
Career decisions become easier when students have a clearer picture of their interests, strengths, preferences and possibilities. Our role is to help them explore without rushing them into a label.
Guidance That Grows With Your Child
Discover
The focus is curiosity. We help students notice what they enjoy, what they are good at, what they struggle with, and what kinds of problems or subjects hold their attention. We also explore extracurricular interests such as sports, theatre, debate, community engagement, reading and hobbies.
Explore
Curricular and subject choices, emerging career interests and future academic routes start to matter. We help students understand the implications of different options, choice of subjects and their implications on career choices without making the decision for them. We also help students find out what is available at school and use those opportunities to expand extracurricular strengths.
Plan
The conversation becomes more focused: courses, universities, career directions, building depth in genuine areas of interest, profile building and the steps needed to get there.
Explore what is available. School opportunities and extracurricular experiences can help students build on their genuine interests and strengths.
When a Student Is Still Unsure
Being undecided is not a problem that needs to be fixed immediately. It is a starting point. Counselling can help turn "I don't know" into a set of questions worth exploring.
